If the SMS doesn't arrive within 60 seconds, tap "Resend." If it still fails, contact Lucky Cola live chat — agents can verify your identity through alternative methods and manually unlock the account.
For security, Lucky Cola locks an account after five consecutive wrong password attempts. The lock auto-clears after 15 minutes, or you can request immediate unlock via live chat.
Inside the app, go to Profile → Security → Enable Face/Fingerprint. From the next login onward, no password typing required.
